About the instructor
Mark Little is a senior executive and corporate lawyer with over fifteen years of experience in legal, compliance and risk management technology. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Berkman Solutions.
He has been a featured speaker and commentator on risk management and compliance around the world.
He has led global teams and done business in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America. His expertise includes contract authoring, commercial contract management, risk management and compliance technologies.
Mark received a Juris Doctor (JD) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), with All College Honors, from the University of Washington.
